Welcome to the Urban Life RP Store ("the Store"), operated by Tyler ("the Owner"). By accessing or using our Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). Please read these terms carefully before making any purchases or using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Store.

1. General Terms
1.1. You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian permission to make purchases from the Store.
1.2. By using the Store, you acknowledge that all purchases are for digital goods and services related to Urban Life RP, a FiveM roleplay server.
1.3. Urban Life RP is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries.

2. Products and Services
2.1. The Store offers in-game items, vehicles, customizations, and other digital content ("Products") for use within Urban Life RP.
2.2. All Products are digital and have no monetary value outside of the Urban Life RP server.
2.3. The availability of Products is subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Payments and Refunds
3.1. All payments are final and non-refundable.
3.2. Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of the Owner in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or technical errors.
3.3. Chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in a permanent ban from Urban Life RP and loss of all purchased items.

4. User Responsibilities
4.1. You are responsible for providing accurate account information when making purchases.
4.2. Purchased Products are tied to your in-game account and cannot be transferred to another account.
4.3. Misuse of Products or violations of Urban Life RP server rules may result in removal of the purchased content without refund.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All digital content, branding, and assets provided by the Store are the property of Urban Life RP and may not be redistributed, resold, or used outside of the server.
5.2. Unauthorized use of any Store content is strictly prohibited.

6. Modifications to the Terms
6.1. The Owner reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
6.2. It is your responsibility to review the TOS periodically for changes. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Urban Life RP and the Owner are not responsible for any loss of data, in-game progress, or digital items due to server resets, updates, or technical issues.
7.2. The Store and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
